What kind of books I write…
I write witty, heartfelt fiction about love, loss, friendship, hope, longing, and the beautiful mess people make of their lives.
Some of my stories lean romantic. Some are more bruised and hopeful. All of them are interested in connection, resilience, and the gap between how people seem and how they really feel.
I like warmth without syrup, emotion without sentimentality, and characters who are trying their best, even when their best is not especially polished.
If you like novels that are funny, moving, emotionally honest, and interested in the awkward business of being human, there’s a fair chance you’ll feel at home here.
